Telemedicine: services by type Mexico 2021

According to a survey carried out in Mexico in 2021 among people who had made use of telemedicine, the most common medical service received by respondents during a remote consultation were prescriptions, with 39 percent of respondents. Disease follow-up ranked second, with 29 percent of respondents indicating they received this medical service remotely. According to that same study, the most common practice during remote medical consultations was the clarification of doubts.
