First round results of the presidential elections in Occitanie 2022
Following a relatively short campaign, the first round of the presidential elections were held in France on April 10th, 2022. In the Occitanie region, the far-right candidate and the incumbent president came in first and second, with scores of 24.63 percent and 23.48 percent of votes cast. Third place went to the left-wing candidate, Jean-Luc Mélenchon, with 22.41 percent of the votes cast.
