According to a global survey of internet users conducted between January and February 2022, around a third of internet users think that women overreact to things that are said or sent to them online. Overall, 52 percent of respondents in Russia said that they strongly agreed or tended to agree that women overreact to online messages they receive. Additionally, 51 percent of respondents in Brazil stated that they strongly disagreed or tended to disagree that women overreact to things sent or said to them in online environments.
