Experiences with e-mental health services in Canada in 2022

As of 2022, 88 percent of respondents surveyed in Canada reported satisfaction with the ease of navigation on the platform/app/website they used for e-mental health services. Furthermore, 84 percent said they were overall satisfied with the care they received, while just under two thirds advised they wouldn't have sought care if the virtual options had not been available.
