Social media platforms used by doctors in Mexico 2021
A survey carried out among doctors in Mexico in 2021 stated that WhatsApp was the social media platform which was most used professionally by respondents. Facebook and Youtube followed, with around 64 percent and 47 percent of those interviewed using these social media platforms within their role as physicians, respectively. According to the same study, 95 percent of respondents who were physicians and internet users would make use of instant messaging in relation to their medical practice.
