The vacancy rate of big-box buildings in Dallas, Texas nearly halved between 2020 and 2022. In the first half of 2022, approximately 7.2 percent of big-box space was vacant, down from 7.7 percent in 2021. Big-box buildings refer to large industrial buildings used for distribution. While the vacancy rate in Dallas decreased, it was still higher than the average vacancy rate in North America.
