Leading positive impacts of COVID-19 among SMBs in Hong Kong 2021

According to a survey conducted in Hong Kong in 2021, nearly half of those surveyed SMBs who reported positive impacts from COVID-19 experienced an increase in demand. The other two significant positive influences were growing online customers and customers from outside Hong Kong, with 43 and 33 percent, respectively.
