Smartphones with NFC chips marketed in Russia 2019-2022
In 2022, the share of devices with near-field communication (NFC) chips among smartphones present in the Russian market constituted 70 percent, having remained on the same level as in the previous year. The figure marked an increase between 2019 and 2021. To compare, in 2019, 45 percent of all smartphones sold in the country had an NFC chip.
