UK kids engaging with selected online platforms weekly 2021, by age group

According to an online survey conducted in the United Kingdom in November 2021, over 60 percent of all children reported having used YouTube more than once in the last few weeks. Roblox usage declined among users aged 13 to 17 years, with only 29 percent of respondents in this age group reporting engaging with Roblox multiple times per week. Additionally, usage of TikTok and WhatsApp increased greatly among teenagers, with over half of all respondents aged 13 to 17 stating that they had used both platforms more than once on a weekly basis.
