Lanit's earnings have continuously increased since 2009. The company was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Moscow. Its name is an abbreviation from "Laboratory of New Information Technologies." The group consisted of 38 companies and had over 14 thousand employees. In 2020, it was one of Russia's highest-earning providers in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector. Its revenue from ICT activity alone exceeded 184 billion Russian rubles. Furthermore, Lanit was one of Russia's leading software developing companies.
