Prevalence of HDP among pregnant U.S. women by age U.S. 2017-2019
In the period 2017-2019, the prevalence of any kind of hypertensive disorder among pregnant U.S. women was higher among older women, reaching a rate of 31 percent in those aged 45 to 55 years. The majority of them suffered from pregnancy-associated hypertension, with a rate of 23 percent.
