Gender pay gap at travel and tourism companies in the UK April 2021
As of April 5 2021, Virgin Holidays had the highest median hourly pay gap among selected travel and tourism companies in the United Kingdom, at minus 44.6 percent. That means that women employed by the organization earned roughly 55 pence for every pound earned by their male colleagues. While TUI UK had the second-highest median hourly pay gap, women in the company earned approximately 47 pence more for every pound of bonus payment given to men.
