Wikimedia Foundation annual donations by channel 2023

In the fiscal year 2023 (July 2022 to June 2023), the Wikimedia Foundation generated more than 180.1 million U.S. dollars in online donations from over 7.5 million donors worldwide. With 35.5 million U.S. dollars, e-mails were the most successful channel in terms of fundraising. The desktop banner generated approximately 30.6 million U.S. dollars in donations during this period.
