Positive peace score on low low levels of corruption in Ghana 2018-2022
Ghana scored 3.25 points in the Positive Peace Index (PPI) for low levels of corruption in 2022. This put the country in a medium state of positive peace in terms of efficient allocation of resources, enhancement of confidence and trust in institutions, and improvement in business efficiency and national competitiveness. According to the index, a PPI of one point represents a very high level of peace in a country. Globally, Ghana ranked 64th in the 2022 PPI, which uses eight pillars to measure the level of positive peace in 163 countries.
