By 2030, investments in the fixed broadband sector in Latin America were valued at over 82 billion U.S. dollars. Brazil was the country which required the highest investment value for new infrastructure in the fixed broadband sector, as well as for maintenance and asset replacement. It was followed by Jamaica, with maintenance investments worth 7.3 billion U.S. dollars by 2030.
