Opinions on digital transformation in companies in Italy 2022, by appreciation level

During a 2022 survey conducted in Italy, it was found that 38 percent of companies agreed that digital transformation has significantly helped to reach better financial results, i.e. more sales and better margins. By contrast, 21 percent of companies stated that digital transformation did not improve at all their customer relations.
