According to a survey on the skincare market in Malaysia conducted by Vodus Insights, 41 percent of respondents stated that they would return to shopping for skincare at physical stores after the COVID-19 pandemic. In comparison, 48 percent of respondents stated that they would use both offline and online channels to shop for their skincare.
