According to a survey conducted in South Korea from late 2020 to early 2021, only around 31 percent of doctors reported having experience with telemedicine services such as teleconsultations and prescriptions. A similar share of doctors stated that they would offer telemedicine services if this concept were institutionalized in the country's healthcare system.
