NHS England: likely destinations of staff considering to leave their job 2021-2022
According to this 2022 survey, the most likely destinations among NHS staff across England who consider leaving their job, was to another job in a different NHS Trust or organization. During that year, approximately nine percent of surveyed NHS staff stated that they consider leaving their job to retire or take a career break. Only less than half of surveyed NHS staff were not considering leaving their current job.
