Value of mid-market PE deals as a share of all PE deals in the UK 2023
In 2023, nearly half of all mid-market private equity deals in the United Kingdom were in the business services sector, accounting for 44 percent of the total. The second most popular sector for PE investments in the country was the technology, media and telecommunications sector, which represented 19 percent of total PE deal volume.
