The total assets under management (AUM) of public pension funds (PPFs) worldwide grew overall during the period from 2016 to 2022. This growth trend is projected to continue based on the individual predictions of major funds and average growth trends. It is estimated that the total AUM will climb to 24.6 trillion U.S. dollars in 2025 and then increase by a further 8.6 trillion U.S. dollars in 2030, reaching a total of 33.2 trillion U.S. dollars.
