According to a survey on consumer payment behavior conducted in September 2021 in Vietnam, approximately 73 percent of respondents stated that they had increased their usage of online or mobile banking services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, around 72 percent of respondents expected to continue increasing their usage in the upcoming year.
