Preferred channel to purchase insurance Singapore 2020-2021, by type
According to the customer satisfaction index of Singapore in 2021, 47.1 percent of the respondents preferred to purchase their insurance from a financial advisor or sales representative, declining from 51.6 percent in 2020. In comparison, respondents' preference for purchasing similar policies from websites increased from 24 percent to 27.9 percent between 2020 and 2021.
