Racial diversity in the workforce of Wells Fargo in the U.S. 2019-2022
In 2022, approximately 54 percent of the U.S.-based employees of Wells Fargo identified as white, which made it the most prevalent ethnicity at the leading American bank. 17 percent of the employees identified as Hispanic or Latino, and approximately 14 percent of the employees were Black or African American. The share of Asians in the workforce composition was around 12 percent.
