Hire rate at Wells Fargo in the United States 2019-2022, by gender
In 2022, 57.6 percent of the full-time U.S.-based employees that were hired at Wells Fargo were female, and 42 percent were male. This was a slightly higher female hire rate than in 2020, when approximately 57 percent of the hired employees were female. During the observed period, the highest female hire rate was recorded in 2019 at 59.1 percent.
