Binge drinking among senior consumers in Italy in 2020, by gender and age group
During 2020, there was higher alcohol consumption and abuse among male seniors in Italy in comparison to their female counterparts. Indeed, around 34.6 percent of male consumers aged 65 to 74 binge drank, compared to 7.6 percent of female consumers belonging to the same age group.
