According to a survey of B2B marketing decision makers in the U.S. carried out between June 2021 and May 2022, understanding and speaking to the buyer's pain points was considered the most important point of marketing and sales online messaging by 30 percent of respondents. Informing buyers about the company's products or services followed, with 27 percent of respondents. Additionally, clear communication of the value proposition was indicated as the most important messaging goal by 23 percent of respondents.
