In 2022, the share of female directors on the board of JPMorgan Chase accounted for 36 percent of the total. In the operating committee, the share of women was slightly higher, as 39 percent of the committee was female. The share of female employees was the lowest in the executive team, where 73 percent of the team was male, and 27 percent was female.
