In 2021, the majority of the U.S.-based workforce of State Street Corporation was male. The share of female employees varied across job categories, but only among the administrative support workers was the share of women higher than the share of men, as 57.6 percent of the administrative support employees were women. The lowest share of female employees was among the executive and senior officials and managers, and among the sales workers.
