Reasons Turkish social media users stopped using any platform 2021, by age group
According to a survey conducted in 2021, the participants revealed three common reasons that affected their decision to stop using social media platforms in Turkey. Half of the people aged 25 and 34 stated that they spend too much time on social media. Furthermore, 46 percent of the people between the ages 35 and 44 were concerned about their privacy and data protection.
