How Italian adults faced mental illness or how they would face it if they had it 2021
A survey conducted in 2021 on the topic of COVID-19 and mental health, revealed that 31 percent of respondents who had depression, anxiety, or another mental illness coped with it by themselves without talking about it to relatives or friends, and without looking for help with a specialist. On the other hand, a much lower percentage of people with no mental illness believed they would not talk to anyone about the matter. This graph shows how adults with depression, anxiety, or another mental illness coped and how adults with no mental condition thought they would cope in Italy as of 2021.
