U.S.: racial diversity in leadership of JPMC 2022

As of December 2022, the share of white employees in U.S.-based leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase was 83 percent on average. On the board, 91 percent of the directors were white, making it the least ethnically diverse segment of the bank. In the operating committee, the share of white members was 83 percent, while the share of Hispanic and Asian members was 11 percent and six percent, respectively. On executive and senior level, 75 percent of the officials and managers were white.
