Racial diversity at Goldman Sachs in the U.S. 2022, by job category

In 2022, racial diversity at Goldman Sachs varied across job categories, but except for the administrative support and professionals segments, the share of white employees was more than 50 percent in every category. The share of white employees was the highest among sales workers, where over 75 percent of the employees were white, and the lowest among the administrative support workers, where slightly less than 50 percent of the employees identified as white. On the executive and senior level, the share of white officials and managers were 73.3 percent. The Asian ethnic group was the most represented among the first and mid-level officials and managers at 31.7 percent. Hispanic or Latino employees had their highest share among administrative workers at 18.1 percent, while the share of Black employees was also in the same category at 25.3 percent.
