Racial diversity in the leadership of Bank of America in the U.S. 2023
In 2023, 43 percent of the U.S.-based manager positions at Bank of America were filled my ethnic minorities. 14 percent of the managers were Asian, ten percent were Black or African American, and 16 percent were Hispanic or Latino. On the higher management levels, the share of ethnic minorities was 27 percent. On executive and senior level, the share of ethnic officials and managers was 25 percent.
