Gender diversity at U.S. Bank in the U.S. 2021, by job category
In 2021, 51 percent of the U.S.-based first and mid-level officials and managers at U.S. Bank were female, and 49 percent were male. Gender diversity was lower on other corporate levels: Among the professionals, the share of female employees was approximately 48 percent. On executive and senior level, the share of female officials and managers were slightly more than 32 percent. The share of female employees was the highest among other categories that include sales workers and administrative support workers, at 68.7 percent.
