The share of women on boards in the financial services industry increased slightly but gradually between 2016 and 2023. In 2016, 15.2 percent of the directors were female. By 2018, the share of female directors increased to 17.6 percent. As of 2023, the share of women on boards in the financial services industry was 24.8 percent.
