Customers facing problems with mobile internet service New Zealand 2021, by provider
In a survey conducted in 2021, 66 percent of customers in New Zealand stated that they had experienced issues with mobile internet service provided by Vodafone in the past two years. This was followed by Spark, with a share of 59 percent of customers. On the other hand, among the other mobile internet service providers, 40 percent of customers had experienced issues with mobile internet service provided by Skinny.
