People affected by flooding in CEE 2020, by country
As of 2020, Ukraine ranked first among the countries of Central and Eastern Europe suffering from flooding, as per 2.7 million affected people. Russia followed with a slightly lower number of people. By contrast, Slovenia reported about 20 thousand flooding victims.
