Natural gas flaring in Egypt 2010-2021
In 2021, 0.58 billion cubic meters of natural gas were flared in Egypt. This represented a slight drop compared to the previous year when 0.61 billion cubic meters of the hydrocarbon were flared. Within the observed decade, flared gas in the country was highest in 2014 at 0.82 billion cubic meters, while it was lowest in 2010.
