Willingness to try digital banks Singapore 2021, by age group
In 2021, 39.3 percent of respondents aged 60 years and above in Singapore reported that they were willing to try digital banking. In comparison, the youngest age group's willingness to try digital banking decreased from 55.9 percent to 41.2 percent between 2019 and 2021.
