Muslims making purchase decisions during Ramadan India 2022, by factors
According to a survey conducted in India in February and March 2022, more than 80 percent of adult Muslim respondents residing in India considered product quality as the leading factor while making purchases during Ramadan. This was followed by authenticity and trust in the product with a share of 77 percent of respondents in 2022. Comparatively, locally sourced and manufactured is considered by 58 percent of Muslim respondents during the shopping for Ramadan.
