Share of U.S. shoppers willing to delay delivery for greater sustainability 2023
In a survey conducted in March 2023 in the United States, almost nine out of ten respondents reported they would be willing to delay e-commerce deliveries to improve sustainability if given an incentive to do so. Approximately 34 percent of respondents were willing to delay delivery by up to five days.
