Delay of deliveries that U.S. e-shoppers would accept for more sustainability 2023
How much are e-shoppers willing to delay e-commerce deliveries to improve sustainability? In a survey conducted in March 2023 in the United States, 34 percent of respondents said they were willing to delay deliveries up to five days if given an incentive to do so.
