According to a survey conducted in selected Asian countries in February and March 2022, 89 percent of Muslim respondents in India responded that they were planning to shop for religious and spiritual items for Ramadan in 2022. On the other hand, 40 percent Muslim respondents in Uzbekistan replied that they were not planning to shop for religious and spiritual items for Ramadan.
