Interest in loyalty cards apps in Italy 2022, by generation

A survey carried out in Italy in 2022 showed that most consumers were interested in managing their loyalty card programs in digital format. Nine in ten millennials were positive about using a mobile app that gathered all their loyalty cards, followed by Gen Z, with 87 percent of respondents.
