Distribution of Instagram influencers in the U.S. 2021, by profile size
Nano-influencers with a profile size between 1,000 and 5,000 followers constituted the largest share of Instagram influencers in the United States in 2021, at 39.5 percent. A slightly lower share (38.6 percent) were micro-influencers with a profile size between 5,000 and 20,000 followers.
