Mint, the financial newspaper published by the Hindustan Times Group had the highest annual subscription fees of about 2,949 Indian rupees as of February 2022. On the other hand, ABP News was the only major outlet to provide free subscription to their digital newspaper. About 900 million Indian rupees was estimated to be generated by the print industry through digital media in 2021.
