Hospitals beds in Mexico 2020, by sector
In 2020, the number of hospital beds in Mexico amounted to more than 126 thousand units. That year, approximately 72 percent of the total hospital beds in the Latin American country belonged to public hospitals, which added up to 92 thousand beds. Meanwhile, the number of hospital beds in Mexican private hospitals reached over 34 thousand in 2020.
