Revenues from copper and battery metals in Sub-Saharan Africa 2020-2030
In 2020, the revenue from copper and battery metals in Africa amounted to almost 23 billion U.S. dollars. Copper was the leading contributor, accounting for around 14 billion U.S. dollars. The revenue from such metals is set to increase in the following years. By 2030, the African continent could see revenue increasing to nearly 50 billion U.S. dollars.
