Ability to personalize customer experiences among businesses worldwide 2021
During a 2021 survey carried out worldwide among representatives of businesses from the C-suite, marketing, merchandising, CX, product, and IT, 74 percent of respondents stated they were able to personalize their customers' experiences to a certain extent. This share was further split into three categories: 14 percent who said they were able to do it "very well," 31 percent who were able to do it "well enough," and 19 percent who were able to do it "somewhat."
